[Bug][TaskBoard] Unexpected horizontal scrollbar appears after dragging cards between columns

Description

When using the TaskBoard component, a horizontal scrollbar appears at the bottom of the board even when the columns fit within the available viewport width. This issue can be reproduced on the official Telerik demo page after dragging the cards from one column to another a bit.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to demos.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/taskboard/overview/func
2. Start moving cards from one column to another
3. Observe that after some draggings, a scrollbar will occur just below the dragged card

Expected Behavior

No scrollbar should be shown if the space is enough.
