fix: update broken external links across docs

- dRPC: tempo-testnet-rpc → tempo-mainnet-rpc (404 after mainnet launch)
- Conduit Hub: tempo-testnet → tempo (testnet page removed)
- Elliptic: docs.elliptic.co → developers.elliptic.co/docs/getting-started
  (old domain no longer resolves)

All replacement URLs verified with HTTP 200.
