mppx.withReceipt stream type and callback cast are not yet exported from the mppx package. Add biome-ignore suppressions to unblock CI.
- demo/poem.ts + sessions/poem.ts: fix biome-ignore comment indentation for the withReceipt callback cast (body level, not closing-brace level) - demo/chat.ts: add biome-ignore suppressions on both withReceipt call sites (stream param + callback cast) - biome.json: add override to disable noExplicitAny in *.test.ts files (shiki-style-to-class.test.ts uses any for test helper casts)
- shiki-style-to-class.test.ts: remove now-unused biome-ignore comment (noExplicitAny is disabled for *.test.ts via biome.json override) - schemas/services.ts: remove duplicate blank line before AlgoVoi section; expand tags array to multi-line format (biome print-width rule)
