snapshot-manifestanddownloadcommandsfinalized_blocks,finalizationsandapplication-metadataarchives. These are what's necessary for the marshal to load up with the same state when snapshotted.TODOS
This snapshots the immutable archives. Do we want to copy the archives and prune them to just include the last finalization cert and finalized block. In a coming update, this might be all that's needed to bootstrap marshal
