[Tool] Design standalone Skin Editor application

Design and potentially implement a standalone application for creating and editing custom skins for Matrix-Control.

Concept:
A separate tool that allows real-time color editing with live preview in Matrix-Control, exporting results to JSON or XML format.

Tasks:

• Define requirements and feature set
• Design UI for color picker and preview
• Implement inter-process communication with Matrix-Control for live preview
• Define skin file format (JSON or XML schema)
• Implement export/import functionality
• Create sample custom skins for testing

Context:
This would allow users to create fully customized color schemes without editing code, making Matrix-Control more flexible and personalizable.

Note: This is a future enhancement, not required for initial release.
