[Feature request] termux-saf-picker

In termux-saf-* packages the only thing is missing is termux-saf-picker

Functionality: to get URI of files via android single file picker (like termux-storage-get) for single file operations.

To avoid ambiguity: in my opinion termux-saf-picker should support selecting multiple files in a single termux-saf-picker execution.
