docs(reports): spec-validation 2026-06-29 — PASS (carry-forwards cleared)
Validation of six plans/ against current implementation. Verdict: PASS. Key finding: post-E4a polyrepo extraction (#1910), all plan-referenced paths under crates/terraphim_agent/src/learnings/ migrated to the terraphim-agents polyrepo and are consumed as registry deps. Behavioural ACs all satisfied in the code's true home. Two carry-forwards from 2026-06-01 report cleared: - Phase G (shared learning CLI): SharedLearningSub wired in terraphim-agents main.rs - Phase I (agent evolution): create_mock calls now confined to #[cfg(test)] Sole finding is P2 spec-location drift (plans cite pre-extraction paths).
