docs: add bigbox deployment rules — git pull/push only, no cp/scp

Rule 1: Git pull/push only for code sync between machines
Rule 2: Weather report dep override via sed (targeted, not workspace [patch])
Rule 3: Orchestrator binary built from agents repo
Rule 4: terraphim-ai target safe to cargo clean
