✅ Workspace Cargo.toml structure issue

• Root Cargo.toml uses [workspace] with workspace.package section
• Version "1.2.3" is in workspace.package, not root [package]
• Release workflow was trying to grep non-existent root version

• Updated release.yml to use: cargo metadata --format-version 1 --no-deps
• Extracts version from workspace package definition correctly
• No dependency on root [package] section
