What is the current behavior?

Title: Self-hosted Windows v3.0.1 onboarding fails with 500 error (OTP disabled)

Description:

• OS: Windows 10
• Testsigma version: v3.0.1
• UI loads at https://local.testsigmaos.com/ui/onboarding
• Signup fails with HTTP 500
• OTP email never received
• authentication.signup.email.verification.enabled=false
• Server logs show APP STARTED successfully

Expected:
Signup should complete without OTP in local setup.

Actual:
500 Internal Server Error on signup.

What is the expected behavior?

We should be able to sign up successfully
