IOError when running i.segment.uspo

Dear @tgrippa,

I am trying to follow the steps with the files provided by @mwicht (https://github.com/tgrippa/Opensource_OBIA_processing_chain/files/2660502/test_area.zip).

The error message is
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\Users\Firman\Downloads\test_area\ouaga_uspo_f1.25.csvt'

I could create the output files when I did it manually with a similar parameter.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi @firmanhadi.

It is really difficult to give you any help if you do not provide more detail on where the problem occurs in the process.
Is it happening when running the Jupyter Notebook's cell starting with the following comment "## Running i.segment.uspo" ? If yes, can you split it in two differents cells having the i.segment.uspo command in the first, and the creation of the .csvt file in the second one. Then, relaunch both and see if the problem well occur during the creation of the .csvt file.
Are you running your Jupyter notebook on Python 2 or 3 ?

I am running Jupyter on Python 2.
I will try your suggestion to split those commands into two different cells.
