Some suggestions

Thanks for this extension!

I have some suggestions to enhance it, especially for Code Lens:

• Make a setting to choose syncing on saving with CTRL+S (or whatever shortcut the user has set for saving his code) in addition to clicking the Button "Add to todoist?"
• Sync the new file line, if the Todo is moved to another line because of adding/removing code in the file
• Make the Todo's description text optional and customizable (at the moment, it always has the description with the file link)
• Make it possible to add a new Todoist Project name on creating the Todo, Fixme,...etc.

That would be great, if possible! :-)

Regarding the first suggestion, could you please explain further how you envision the syncing feature working with the shortcut key?

For the second suggestion, it sounds like you are asking for the extension to track changes made to the file and update the Todo's line accordingly in Todoist? Could you please provide more details on how you would like this feature to work?

For the third suggestion, are you suggesting that the user should be able to customize the text of the Todo's description in addition to the file link?

Lastly, for the fourth suggestion, do you mean that users should be able to add new projects to Todoist directly from picker when adding todo?
