Claude Code v2.1.214 → v2.1.215: Fable 5 access splits by plan tier (Pro needs credits)

WHY this matters

Today (July 20) is the first day after Fable 5's promotional period ended. Access now splits by plan:

• Max/premium seats: Fable 5 included (up to 50% of weekly limits)
• Pro/standard Team seats: must pay via usage credits

Claude Code requires v2.1.170+ to use Fable 5.

What changed in v2.1.215

• 🚀 Security plugin now supports Amazon Bedrock and Google Cloud's Agent Platform as model providers — enterprise users locked to those clouds can now get model-backed reviews
• 🐍 Python 3.7+ for base security plugin; Python 3.10+ required for agentic commit review and third-party providers
• 📄 PDF max size reduced: 32 MB → 20 MB
• 💤 Claude no longer auto-runs /verify and /code-review skills (invoke them manually)
