Migration from thingdom driver to Drivine.

Hey folks! If you've been using this community driver and would like to migrate onto Neo4j+bolt, please try Drivine.

By default results are returned in exactly the same format as this library, however:

• It uses the official Neo4j driver and bolt protocol, under the hood.
• It has many more features, such as transaction management, repository pattern, etc.
• Supports other graph databases.
