🛡️ Sentinel: [HIGH] Enforce execution boundaries to prevent DoS

🚨 Severity: HIGH
💡 Vulnerability: Unbounded external agent actions in ShellTool and AgentConnector lacked explicit timeouts and constraints.
🎯 Impact: A hanging network API or runaway shell command could exhaust system memory, halt the agentic loop indefinitely, and trigger a Denial of Service (DoS).
🔧 Fix: Added a 30000ms timeout and 5MB buffer limit to execAsync in ShellTool, and configured axios with a 30000ms timeout in AgentConnector.
✅ Verification: Ran npm run build and npm run test (all tests passed). Logged learning in .jules/sentinel.md.
