🎯 Impact: Malicious or poorly formed agentic shell commands could crash the system or hang execution indefinitely.
🔧 Fix: Added explicit timeout (30s) and maxBuffer (5MB) limits to the execAsync call in ShellTool.run() to forcefully terminate runaway processes.
✅ Verification: Ran test suite, verified functionality, documented critical learning in .jules/sentinel.md.
