Rewrite Post 19 with narrative context and explanatory depth

- Added "why" for every pattern (idempotency, variables files, DSC, pipelines)
- Added VMware comparison hooks (Host Profiles, Update Manager equivalents)
- Walking through real workflows with before/after examples
- DSC v3 explained with v2 comparison and when-to-use guidance
- CI/CD day-to-day workflow narrative (Monday/Wednesday/Friday scenarios)
- Automation maturity path with effort estimates per level
- All technical content preserved, wrapped in explanatory prose
