Add replay protection

#737 (comment) Following on from this, I would like to express my wish that Mycelium implements replay protection.
Without replay protection, even with encryption, some protocols (DNS, NTP, ...) are vulnerable.
Without replay protection, Mycelium is not a viable alternative to Yggdrasil for me.
