i5-12500 not booting latest kernel

While testing ZOSv4 at Hetzner we rented a modern i5-12500 which we never got booted using the latest default devnet kernel. Once it started booting we only got a few lines rolling over the screen each 3 to 4 seconds, very slow. It eventually gets into the below stack trace loop

The server is still rented for dev to debug, ops can provide access to investigate the hardware if required.
