upgrade nft to 1.1.1

we are using 0.9.1 https://github.com/threefoldtech/0-initramfs/blob/23ebebd9f649023b0ba50d6976d29da20adce251/packages/nftables.sh#L1

since 0.9.2 some new features are added which we need in zos like

• enhanced header matching here
• connection tracking here

better to upgrade to the latest stable 1.1.1
