wrong number format

I noticed that the script generates an incorrect Polish phone number format. In Poland, phone numbers have 9 digits, but the script generates 10 digits by adding a 0 at the beginning or the end of the number.

Same goes for APAC region, I tried using it with China, Japan, Vietnam and the the script would generate an extra "0" at the end. I look myself up and somehow I ended up in the US while I'm based in APAC region.
