Manage folders does not switch accounts

Steps to reproduce

1. Multiple accounts in thunderbird
2. Select 2nd or 3rd account
3. Go to Manage Folders…
4. App displays first account's folders

Account for managing folders is fixed after start of the app, if you change order and then enter Manage folders, the dialog will still show the same account, the account will change after changing order and restarting/force closing the app.

Expected behavior

Manage folders dialog should show the account that is selected, not the first account on the list.

Actual behavior

Manage folder dialog shows first account at the moment of launching the app.

I Just found this issue running into this. Dang. Guess I have to wait for 20.1

Edit: Guess it's being stuck into 21.0.
