This adds the
components:core:outcomeKMP component with theOutcomesuccess/failure result type, documentation, changelog, ABI API dumps, and test coverage. It is taken from thunderbird-android/core/outcome at main.Updates the build setup to register the component in the BOM/settings, wire
detektAllintocheck, and derive Androidnamespacesfor KMP library modules from the project path. Also improvesOutcomecoverage with addedTestBalloon/assertktests, including JVM-only coverage for inline APIs due to Kover limitations.Test have been rewritten using TestBalloon. For proper support within the IDE the TestBalloon Plugin for IntelliJ IDEA & Android Studio is required.
