Right now this just boots up the dev server, runs some playwright tests, and shuts down. If you make any changes you'll have to rebuild with Python2. Once we port the site to Python 3, I will add an optional pre-build step.
There's no rush to merge this, I might just keep adding tests as bugs/new features come up though.
