`.th-client` incorrectly placed on Windows

Describe the bug
Arguably not a bug, but.th-client is incorrectly placed in C:\Users\userName\.th-client. According to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/win32/win_cert/certification-requirements-for-windows-desktop-apps section 10.4:

Your app s data that is exclusive to a specific user and that is not to be shared with other users of the computer, must be stored in Users\\<username>\\AppData

To Reproduce
Install ThunderClient and check the folder location.

Expected behavior
Correct folder location. Users do not want a bloated user folder.

Platform:

• OS: Windows 11 24H2 26100.3775
• vscode version: 1.99.3
