Update reader mode
enableReader()will now take an object as a parameter withdiscoveredandflagsti.nfc-android-7.0.0.zip
switching to 7.0.0 since the parameter changed from simple method to an object. Module and especially that method is not widely used (there was one request in the past for it) so it shouldn't affect many people
