Vitepress 2 version

I recently fixed the "extended" properties/methods so they will show up too

Features:

• based on Vitepress 2 alpha 18
• new search
• Alloy API is back https://previewhub.de/apidocs/api/alloy/
• leaner compatibility matrix https://previewhub.de/apidocs/compatibility-matrix
• only a few templates that are included in the repo
• fetching the docs and modules is included in the build script (npm run convert will convert all external docs into the pages)
• release notes are generated automatically npm run releasenotes

Current pages:

• API Reference (Ti, Alloy, Modules)
• Guides (FAQ, Compatibility Matrix, release notes)
• external links (download, github, native modules, ecosystem)

Missing:

• all the other content pages/guides like https://titaniumsdk.com/guide/Titanium_SDK/ (needs to be rewritten or cleaned up)
