Hi @wuzhenqing , really appreciate the offer to contribute! That's very kind!

To be upfront: TileRT is still very much in an exploration phase right now. The codebase changes a lot and goes through frequent large-scale refactors as we iterate on pushing performance, so the surface isn't stable enough for community PR contributions to land cleanly yet. That's also why there isn't a contributor guide at this point. Anything we wrote today would likely be out of date next week.

That said, feedback like model/feature requests, bug reports, and use-case discussions on issues are genuinely useful and feed into what we prioritize, so please do keep those coming. Thanks again for the kind offer!
