Summary

Use login.noriskillsets.dev as the Firebase browser authDomain in the legacy SDK provider.
Add a provider test covering the custom auth domain.
Document the Firebase Hosting/Auth/OAuth prerequisites for this fallback path.

Test Plan

npm test -- src/providers/firebase.test.ts
npm run format
npm run lint
