Currently the extension does not allow users to switch back to the base account. They need to open a menu in the AWS Console, and click the Switch Back button there. This is surprisingly confusing for many users. It makes the extension less useful.

With these commits, the base account appears in the list when the user is in any other account. It is now very clear how to switch back, and very easy to do so.
The commits imitate what the AWS Console menu does when you click the Switch Back button.
