more double quotation marks for better filename handling

I have added more quotation marks for better handling of filenames with special characters

bug fix - more double quotes for better filename handling

• added some double quotes which prevent errors for files with non-alphanumeric characters.
• translation of the some tempfile filename "page" instead of "Seite"
