- Add .github/topics.json with 20 curated repo topics for GitHub discoverability
- Create comprehensive SECURITY.md with vulnerability reporting policy
- Add workflow build badges to README (Security Pipeline, CodeQL, Dependency Review)
- Create .github/dependabot.yml with:
- npm, maven, docker, terraform, and github-actions ecosystems
- Integration with repository labels for PR categorization
- Grouped updates for security packages, testing, and linting
- Scheduled updates with timezone awareness
- Extend .github/labels.yml with dependabot integration labels
- Add .github/workflows/codeql.yml for JavaScript/Java SAST
- Add .github/workflows/dependency-review.yml for PR dependency scanning
- Add .github/workflows/security-pipeline.yml with secret detection, dependency scanning, Semgrep SAST, IaC scanning, and security gates
