Possible to add pitch shifting?

Even if it is done through sample rate change. I need up to about 30% change. Can't find any app that does such a thing in the background for most apps.

Thanks! That was fast! It is working but there seems to be a bug in that there are pops here and there. Likely some issue with buffer size(e.g., off by 1) or some type of drop out issue(e.g., using one buffer) or some type of issue with samples not correctly matching at buffer changes(e.g., if a sample dropped out or some lag causing a drastic difference between the last sample of the previous buffer and the first of the next).

I put it down several semitones and it was quite bad(so bad that it essentially is unusable, but only maybe 1 or 2 a second). When I shifted up several semitones it happened less but sometimes had several a second. More useable but likely too annoying to be usable.

It is an excellent addition though and I'm sure many people will find it useful. It does require using SW decoder though so if it doesn't say it in the notes one might(or even when enabling it). The pops may not happen on your device. The one I installed on was a samsung S7+. I'll test on a different brand later when I get a chance.
