Docs: DOC-3529 - Remove plan and pricing marketing partial from premium pages (#4200)

Remove the purchase-premium-plugins partial and every include of it across
the premium feature pages. The partial enumerated specific Tiny Cloud plans
and trial terms, which reads as marketing and goes out of date; per the
agreed approach the documentation should not state specific plan or pricing
information. Readers are directed to the pricing page through site navigation
instead.
