broken on firefox

So, on firefox (firefox 128.7.0esr, docskeys ver 1.2), it shows up the funny mode indicator, but besides that it doesn't seem to be binding anything. It just allows direct modification the document no matter what keybind is pressed. Reinstalled the extension a dozen times now hoping it fixes itself. I was wondering if it is me that has done something wrong or was there something that was perhaps missed? i have no knowledge of how extensions work in general, so if i happen to have forgot to mention something, let me know.

I had that issue, reloading the doc got me to be able to use i to enter insert mode, but in normal mode it still wont work with any sort of motions.

for me, disabling and enabling it while a doc is already open gets it to work for that doc until reload. you guys could use that as a workaround while we wait for a fix :)

Im sorry for completely neglecting firefox version of this extension (my daily driver is a chromium based browser). For earlier versions of chrome extension there were complaints of keypresses not being registered from mac users. If you can tell me the OS, browser version & extension version in your issues, it will help me solve it better.
