Fix install script $raw.servers null object edge cases

The existing mcp.json has a servers property that is null (or missing) rather than an object. The fix: ensure $raw.servers is initialized to a [PSCustomObject] if it's null after parsing.

This handles three cases for the existing mcp.json:

File is empty / invalid JSON → replaces with a fresh object
File is valid but missing servers key → adds it as an empty object
File is valid with a null servers value → replaces it with an empty object
All three previously resulted in $raw.servers being $null, which caused Add-Member to fail.
