DS925+ web ui issue

I've just installed LogAnalysis on my DS925+ with DSM 7.2.2 Update 3.

I ran the command to give it the permissions it needs.

root@DS925plus:~# /usr/syno/synoman/webman/3rdparty/LogAnalysis/permissions.sh "adduser"

Group Type: [AUTH_LOCAL]

1:[LogAnalysis]

When I open LogAnalysis I get:

Thanks for your error report.
I just installed LogAnalysis on my DS224+ with DSM 7.3.1 (I had reinstalled DSM some time ago and hadn't reinstalled LogAnalysis yet) and extended the app permissions as you described.

root@Backupserver:~# /usr/syno/synoman/webman/3rdparty/LogAnalysis/permissions.sh "adduser"
Group Name: [log]
Group Type: [AUTH_LOCAL]
Group ID:   [19]
Group Members: 
0:[root]
1:[LogAnalysis]

As a result, LogAnalysis ran without any problems with extended permissions.

( "App-Berechtigungen zurücknehmen" means in englisch "Revoke app permissions"). Accordingly, the app permissions have been successfully extended for me.

Same issue with DSM 7.3, 7.3.1 and 7.3.2

Maybe it's an issue with DSM on a '25+ model and not specific to the DSM version.

LogAnalysis works perfectly on my DS224+ with DSM 7.3.2. Unfortunately, as I don't have a DS225+ or any other model from the 25 series, I can't analyse the error and fix the problem. As it is highly unlikely that I will purchase a model from the 25 series, I will leave the issue open in the hope that someone else will find a solution.
