refine renderer player functionalities

Play button reloads the media from the start. It doesn't resume from where I stopped.

Currently I'm using remote of my renderer player to pause/resume properly.

Probably in all cases. Even locally. I pause/resume with yaacc remote player, the media starts from the beginning. If I pause/resume via Android media player (in notification area), it works fine.

The issue is same with Renderer playback to my FireStick (TV). I pause/resume with FireTV Remote, it works fine. But if I pause/resume from YAACC remote player, media reloads again.

Maybe I was able to partially reproduce it: When starting a song I am able to pause and resume. I am also able to do this using the Android media player in the notification area. But if I pause and start again using the Android media player the song starts from the beginning. In this case the Android media player is always showing the pause symbol. I am wondering that I am able to pause and play correctly using the remote media player. The state machine for pause and play is also handled by the renderer maybe there is a special behaviour. Playing locally I couldn't reproduce the behaviour.
You are playing a song and not sharing a stream with the app, right?

Yes. The audio playback. Or maybe video playback the same behavior too, but I didn't test yet. There are reproducible inconsistencies in the renderer playback handling that needs to be solved.

Also, test renderer seekbar behavior whether it can seek media in other devices properly.

I just tested the behaviour with Kodi and as server Gerbera and the YAACC server.
Pause /Play is working correctly. Which server are you using?

It's YAACC server with Mobile 5G Hotspot. I don't use Kodi it's too heavyweight for my FireStick.

Now I was able to repoduce. The yaacc renderer is now correctly processing play/pause. Install the app by extracting and installing the attached version or build and install branch feat/issue225 on your own.
