feat(cli): show fine-tune checkpoint artifact IDs

Summary

• expose fine-tune checkpoint registry artifact IDs in tg fine-tuning list-checkpoints
• print full object_id@object_revision_id values below the table so they remain copyable
• add CLI coverage for the new SDK response fields
