It's been found with high uptimes, communication with discord webhook for one reason or another may fail, soft locking a portion of the bot. This update, allows the bot to catch, print, and ignore these errors. This prevents the bot from being locked up and allows the user to simply try again to resolve the issue. Misc change: Added a config template.
Updated readme to match the misc change.
/session_begin now produces an independent message for the session tracker rather than reply to the slash command. In testing, this seemed to resolve webhooks related to uptime(barring external factors).
config.json slipped through gitignore. This delete is to remove the erroneous upload.

The fear tracker is no longer a reply to the slash commands to decouple it from any constraints imposed by discord that were causing webhook failures during sustained uptimes. Initial testing seems promising.
