Reload of the review page doesn't load the data

During the appeal response phase

1. Open the appeal with a right click in a new tab
2. Or once the appeal response phase is refreshed
3. The page doesn't load the data from appeals.

Expected:
Opening in a new tab or refreshing the page should load the appeal and appeal response data as well.
