Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the URL https://frontend.app.cloud.gov/
2. Login as a valid User [Admin]
3. Click Search button
4. Enter 'Branch of service' as US NAVY
5. Click 'Update Results' button
6. Click on any record > https://frontend.app.cloud.gov/dashboard/10
7. Click on 'View Timeline' button
8. Click 'Event' button
9. Add 2-3 events
10. Observe the list
11. Now refresh the page and go to the same veteran page
12. Click on 'View Timeline' button > Now you can see the added items

Actual Result(s)

• The event list is not dynamically updated

Expected Result(s)

• Must display the latest item when user open the 'View Timeline'
