Everything works as expected and I am able to see the live stream of the camera. However, if i set a different framerate instead of the default 60fps in the gstreamer pipeline this has no effect and still 60 fps are shown. My pipeline is run as the following:
gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video2 ! video/x-raw,width=1920,height=1080,framerate=30/1 ! fpsdisplaysink text-overlay=false video-sink=waylandsink sync=false -v

So it seems to negotiate 30fps but then still runs with 60fps. The framos camera should support different framerates, also from the framos driver repo it seems that it should support that. Did you ever test this with any other framerate then 60fps in the samples here?
I followed the tutorial for using the imx662 framos camera according to here: https://developer.toradex.com/torizon/application-development/use-cases/multimedia/first-steps-with-framos-fsm-go-csi-optical-sensor-modules-torizon/
