Publishing kotlin-native-utils.jar will be stopped. The content of this jar is currently bundled into the Kotlin compiler jar. This patch replaces the dependency accordingly.

kotlin-native-utils.jaras a separate artifact. The content of this jar is already included into thekotlin-compiler-embeddablefat jar, so I've replaced the utils dependency with it.See also: sqldelight/sqldelight#2236.
