[proposal] chore: knip によるデッドコード検出を導入

概要

• chore: knip による未使用ファイルや未使用 export 等の検出を導入します．
  • 検出される issue の一覧はこちらをご覧ください
• chore(CI): main workflow に knip の警告チェックを追加します．
• refactor: 現在のコード群から knip により警告される問題を取り除きます．

なぜこの PR を入れたいのか

• thread 機能の実装前にコードをできるだけ綺麗な状態にしておきたい．
• (使われていない汎用ライブラリも，残しておいたところで (世代交代に伴って) 存在を忘れ去られる気がする．)
• (closes: 使われていない composable (useChannelView) を削除する #4782)
