Bug Description

"Customize per key action" gestures stop working on phone reboot if swipe typing is disabled

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable CleverKeys
2. Map a desired key (it should work currently)
3. Reboot phone
4. Attempt to use mapped keys or map a new one (does not work here)

Troubleshooting Steps

• I have restarted the CleverKeys app
• I have tried disabling and re-enabling the keyboard
• I have checked if this happens with neural predictions disabled
• I have tried clearing the app cache/data (if safe to do so)

Additional Context

I suspect this is the same issue as #138, and can be fixed by enabling swipe typing (and you can disable it again after to have it work until you reboot again) however I think it is probably(?) still a bug that it's required to enable swipe typing to use gestures, especially since they work fine once you toggle it.
