GPU Tests are still broken on Julia 1.12

To make the gpu tests work on Julia 1.12 basically everything has to be wrapped in @invokelatest. I gave up after 100+! @invokelatest in the gpu.jl file.

This can't be the correct solution. Why only the GPU tests?

I think its the trixi_include_changeprecision macro which leads to alot of the variables to have that issue.
