http://opendkim.org has wrong bug/ticketing URL

the website refers to https://sourceforge.net/p/opendkim/_list/tickets for its tickets, and that URL is dead. It should probably point here.

When we did an updated push of opendmarc, we updated the URL. The way these codebases work, "master" always follows the last major release, and the "develop" branch covers the current code. I could fix it in that branch until the next release (hopefully soon).

The new site has correct links to GitHub for both issue tracking and downloads. A DNS cutover is happening shortly; will close this once it's live.
