Update dependencies in package.json and bun.lock (#1518)

- Added "execa" as a new dependency with version "^9.0.0".
- Updated several existing dependencies to their latest versions, including "@ai-sdk/anthropic", "@ai-sdk/gateway", "@ai-sdk/groq", "@ai-sdk/openai", "@ai-sdk/provider-utils", "@ai-sdk/react", "@ai-sdk/rsc", and various AWS SDK packages.

These changes enhance the project's dependency management and ensure compatibility with the latest features and fixes.
