refactor(build): migrate from tsc to esbuild for compilation

- Add esbuild v0.24.0 as dev dependency
- Replace tsc compilation with esbuild in compile script
- Update command ID from diff-commit.generateCommitMessage to diffCommit.generateCommitMessage
- Update package-lock.json with new esbuild dependency and its platform-specific binaries
